Administrative Coordinator

My main task is to manage the administrative work and processes including the administrative staff.

My position also involves:
- Programme Coordinator on the Master's Programme in Information Systems
- Administrative Director of Studies
- Coaching students and staff members
- Member of the Programme Committee and Department Board
- Information Officer (builds and administrates web pages and intranets)
- Faculty (LUSEM) representative on the Board for Administrative Systems
- Department Coordinator for the Student Portal Live@Lund
- Facutly (LUSEM) Representative for Lubas/Ubas (database for courses and syllabi) and "NyA-webben" (national system for admission). 


Coach Diploma (June 2012)
I was successfully graduated and got my Coach Diploma in June 2012 according to the ICF (International Coach Federation) standards.

Management and leadership coaching (October 2012)
In October 2012 I contiuned my coach education with a course in Management and leadership coaching.


LUSEM administrative project (March 2015-Present)
Part of the steering committee for the project that comprises five different administrative projects. The aim is to find 

Ubas project (Jan 2013-Oct 2013)
Managing the process on LUSEM where all Departments are to upload all Course Syllabuses and Programme Curriculums into the Ubas database.

Web project (2011-present)
Managing and rebuilding the entire web page including content and structure, new graphical design and new cms (PimCore).

Department project "Utveckla Informatik!" (Develop Informatics) (2002-2005)
Head project manager of this extensive project that compised over 80 sub projects within the areas: Education, Research, Administration, Competence and Student Relations. The largest project involved rebuilding the entire basic education (4-year programme).

Renewal of FirstClass Student portal (2002-2003)
Overview of content and structure while upgrading the software.

Web project (2002-2003)
Managed the overview of the content and structure and new graphical design.

Study advising

Study advisor (2004-2012)
I was the Department Study Advisor and Programme Coordinator on the Bachelor's Programme in Design of Information Systems and on the Master's Programme in Information Systems (I still am the latter). Responsible for advising 450 students in the study area of Information systems.


Lecturer in Informatics (2002-2005)
I was course coordinator on the first sub-course of the Bachelor's Programme in Design of Information systems. I also taught programming (java, HTML), project management, information systems and society, database design (normalization, relational algebra, SQL) and supervised Master's theses and student projects.

Experience from the IT industry

Project Manager at Sync BPI AB (2000-2002)
Started with practical training and wrote my thesis as part of my Master's programme. Accepted a position as Systems Developer with focus on web programming (XML, XSL, javascript, java & SQL) as a part of the Human-Computer-Interaction team. The last year I had the position of Project Manager for the internal development team including time management and planning for 30 team members.

IT support and training at Städsystem Syd AB (1997-1999)
Parallell to my academic studies I was giving IT courses and IT support to the administrative staff and managers.
